ČSOB wanted to promote their service for refinancing loans so we helped them with interactive personalized videos and emailing campaign.
Imagine your lunch being cut into a few smaller ones. Nothing pleasant, right? And it's the same as with loans – because no one wants to have several loans if you can have just one.
To present this message we created an interactive video from 336 tracks covering various storylines and developed a video player that can work with personalization. For example, a cook can greet the viewer with 100 different names or the scene would change depending on daytime.
We launched the campaign in A/B tested newsletters which led the client to microsite we created to view the whole story based on clients data.
